This notice explains which personal data the website augustabargilli.it processes, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Browsing data
When you visit the site, the server that hosts it automatically records some technical data: IP address, date and time of the visit, the page requested, the referring site, browser type and operating system. This data is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse; we do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept only as long as these purposes require and then deleted.
If you write to us
If you e-mail us, for example with the “Request this wine” button, we use your address and your message only to reply and, if you wish, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and, if it leads to an order, for the period required by law.
If you use the form on the “Contact” page, our server (OVH, France) forwards your name, your address, the subject and your message to us by e-mail; it does not store them. To protect the form from abuse it keeps only a hashed form of your IP address for one hour, then deletes it. The same purposes and legal basis apply as for an e-mail.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address and a message we cannot reply to you.
Our e-mail is handled by Gmail, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies or other tracking technologies (analytics, pixels, fingerprinting) and stores nothing on your device. That is why we do not ask for your consent. The fonts are served from our own server too: the site loads no third-party content.
The link to our Instagram profile is a plain link: no data is sent to Meta until you open it. On Instagram, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited applies.
Who receives the data
The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, which processes the browsing data on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). The e-mails you write to us, including through the form, arrive in our Gmail mailbox at Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (see “If you write to us”). Beyond that, we do not sell or pass on personal data to third parties. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to bargilliaugusta@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
