Balo
Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé
Freshness and youth, dedicated to Aloisa

Balo was born from an intimate, luminous intuition. It is a sparkling wine that bears the name of the person who changed the direction of my gaze: my daughter, Aloisa.
A Metodo Classico from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla, grown on old hillside vines on the border with Slovenia, vinified in amphora and aged on the lees for 48 months.
A wine that does not chase sweetness, but the essential: precision, verticality, the mineral rhythm of the earth.
It is a wine that moves lightly and deeply, like a thought turned towards those we love.

Tasting notes
Delicate onion-skin colour with powder-pink hues, luminous and brilliant. Fine, elegant bubbles with a continuous, persistent perlage.
Dried white flowers, citrus zest, fresh almond, bread crust and wet stone.
Creamy and crisp, with taut, vertical freshness, incisive minerality and a long, dry, saline finish.
